We collect product events that you send to MetrixNest via our API or webhook integrations. These events include the event type, timestamp, and any properties you choose to include.

We collect usage data about how you interact with MetrixNest, including pages visited, features used, and signals acknowledged.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Google OAuth

MetrixNest uses Google OAuth solely for authentication purposes. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address only. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services. We use your email address to identify your account and send you service notifications.

4. Third-Party Processors

We work with the following third-party services to provide MetrixNest:

• PostgreSQL hosting — Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our hosting provider's infrastructure.
• Sentry — We use Sentry for error tracking to identify and fix bugs. Error reports may include limited request context but do not include your product event data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and product events for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
