2. Description of Service

MetrixNest is a product analytics and observability platform for SaaS teams. It allows you to ingest product events, calculate signals, and understand your users' behaviour. MetrixNest is currently provided free of charge.

3. Free Tier

MetrixNest is currently offered free of charge. We make no guarantees about the availability, uptime, or performance of the service. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with reasonable notice to existing users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MetrixNest for any unlawful purpose
  • Send events containing personal data without appropriate consent from your users
  • Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or abuse the MetrixNest service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of MetrixNest
  • Resell or redistribute access to MetrixNest without our written permission

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. The product events, user data, and configuration you send to MetrixNest remain yours. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data solely to provide the MetrixNest service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

MetrixNest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetrixNest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a notice on the MetrixNest website. Continued use of MetrixNest after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MetrixNest operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
